How it works
Photograph the card. Check the hours. Export.
Three steps, and the middle one is the only place you have to look at anything.
Demo video coming soon
Not filmed yet. In the meantime the three steps below are the whole process, and you can run one for real on the home page without an account.
-
1. Photograph or upload the card
A phone photo is fine — the card does not need to be flat, square to the lens, or especially well lit. JPEG, PNG or HEIC, one card at a time.
-
2. It reads the punches and adds them up
Timestamps come off the card, get paired into shifts, and are totalled against your overtime rule — weekly threshold, daily threshold, or both. Anything it is unsure of is flagged for you rather than quietly guessed.
-
3. Check the flagged rows, then export
You confirm the hours — editing anything that needs it — and download a payroll-ready CSV for your Gusto payroll import.
Try it on a real card
No account and no card details. You get the same reading and the same RT / OT split; we just don't keep the result.
